Pros

I absolutely love working at Living Spaces. We get bonuses, free lunch, if you put yourself out there and are a good sellers management will help you growth within the company. Don'y complain about this job or any job if you give the minimum and expect great things in return. The training that is offered is wonderful and there is nothing better than seeing that you can be part of such a growing company.

Cons

Some people just complain too much because they don't try and expect to get raises and special treatment. Some of the department are full of immature people.

Pros

They pay you weekly, but keep the benefits low because they rarely have full time employees.

Cons

Next to no training for the positions. Awful scheduling. Inexperienced management. If you look at the leads, very few of them exceed the age of 25 years old. They paid younger newbies more than older workers. YES... they blatently discriminate, and if you mention the unfairness. you are gone. AND OF COURSE THE OPERATIONS, HR, and STORE managers EXPECT you to respect them all the while they lie to you. They provide food on the weekends,..but most of the time, it's awful, and it's gone by the time the later shift needs to take their lunch.

Horrible Management

Pros

Free lunch on weekends, weekly pay, non-commision

Cons

Horrible management. Leads are too busy with their sales that they don't have time to train the newbies. New hires are expected to be proficient on the floor within two months or are otherwise booted. You maintain this job by the amount of sales you make, and how much you get out of a person. Which completely disregards one of the company's core values. What a joke.
