      Terrible!!! The call center environment is terrible. As well as the company policies, the way the departments operate.

      Good discount on mattress once you become permanent

      They promote world class customer service. But all the care about Is the volume of calls dropped and keeping that volume low. In return they expect us to handle a call in 4 minutes there are customer issues that cannot be resolved in 4 minutes. Copany's policies are sometimes unfair to the customer. Accommodation is terrible when it comes to making thing right for the customer.80% of the calls that come in are upset customers ready to scream your ear off. Not to mention the customers that have no reason to be mad but are terribly rude. At the end of the day the call center reps are the ones that take all the heat.

      Pros

      If you love furniture and a fast out of control non comm sales floor!

      Cons

      This company has no morals or values. They run a clearing house of people at the unemployment line! They sell you on a dream of the best place to work with free lunch, amazing bonus programs and training! Well.... The training never happens, your tossed to the wolves on the sales floor and see if you survivor!! The managers are over whelmed and don't have training either!! They don't even have product knowledge!! Can ask them for help!
