Pros

The company does take care of their employees - catered lunch on the weekends, good hours. They are big on employee surveys and knowing how their upper management is performing.

Cons

The pay definitely leaves something to be desired. They have pay bands (caps) for all the positions, so you can only make so much in your position. So if you get hired towards or at the top of your pay band, you won't increase. Perhaps it's a way to motivate people to move up - who knows.

Cons

Very greed drivin owner . You can't make a living at Living Spaces. Promotions are based on friendships instead of skill. good job if your fresh out of High School and still live with mom and dad.
