Pros

My co-workers were great people to get to know and great people to work with. Learning how to work for Living Spaces was easy and many of my coworkers were extremely helpful. They provided free lunch on the weekends.

Cons

However...while my coworkers were great; management wasn't very consistent. There were some great managers and other managers that weren't so great. Some of the managers were very degrading in the way they spoke to employees. There is also an inconsistent practice of policies towards employees. There's a lot of favoritism going on here. And while they stress that it's supposed to be a pressure-free environment...there's a lot of pressure to sell, sell, and SELL. A lot of animosity is created between employees because of this pressure from management.

Pros

They provide lunch on the weekends. You have the potential to get a bonus each month.

Cons

It's a non commission sales job but you must work like you are on commission. You have an hourly goal you must reach that is averaged at the end of the month. Even if you know your product better than anyone else it doesn't matter. If you sell way more than your goal and everybody else that doesn't matter. You will not get a raise. They don't card about the employees only how much money you can make them.
