Pros

Lunch on the weekends, some knowledgeable associates. Made some good friends

Cons

Company seems to be laying off older associates. While the company is growing they fail to retain quality associates who have brought them this far and promote people to higher positions based on favoritism and not on any leadership skills.

Horrible Management

Pros

Free lunch on weekends, weekly pay, non-commision

Cons

Horrible management. Leads are too busy with their sales that they don't have time to train the newbies. New hires are expected to be proficient on the floor within two months or are otherwise booted. You maintain this job by the amount of sales you make, and how much you get out of a person. Which completely disregards one of the company's core values. What a joke.
