Pros

Office culture is antiquated and dated. Major upheavals arising in the Corporate Offices due to changes in management. Job security is at a low for new employees while the legacy employees remain due to hefty severance package concerns.

Cons

Dynamic between the old guard and new, up and coming thinkers is stark. Very difficult to make any impact. HR is nonexistent and fails to intervene even when egregious violations of company policy exist.
