- local teams are incredibly supportive - affinity groups are great sounding boards - benefits are top-notch
Cons
- pay is relatively low considering the amount of work we do - the higher up the ladder a person is, the less accountability they take - there's a preference for specific locations/regions, so if you're not working in those places, good luck
