Great Team Doing Mission-Centered Work

It's wonderful to work for an organization that does mission-centered work, and everyone is really passionate about the communities served. LISC also has a national presence, and people stay in touch through internal channels (intranet announcements, emails, regular town halls, etc.). There is an annual performance review process, and managers conduct reviews. The benefits package is really great, one you don't find in many other organizations.

Cons

The Organization has made many changes to increase communication and the flow of information. Every change comes with some resistance, especially when adopting new technology.
