      Great team culture, weekends off, occasional spiffs,

      Cons

      The salary just keeps decreasing, and they always introduce new plans that reduce pay while presenting them as if they’re beneficial. It simply doesn’t add up.

      Hiring process is a joke. HORRIBLE communication and try to low ball you on compensation.I was offered a more senior position in my interview and they tried to offer minimum wage after taking over a week past the initial deadline. I questioned the compensation and they rescued the offer. DON’T waste your time if you're a pro. RUN ……. FAR & FAST.
