      Good training Remote work Diverse team

      Cons

      Very low hourly High pressure No ongoing trainings after probation. No employee appreciation even after years of work. Bad leads. Have to mine leads yourself Poor commission structure Pay is dependent on sales. So no security at all in consistent hourly pay.

      PTO is solid and there are a few smart people.

      Complete lack of leadership, favoritism abounds and they sell the same product 50 different ways, no consistency
