Great Way to Get Sales Experience

Pros

Great work hours and decent pay. If you get assigned to a good team and manager you will learn alot and be able to move up pretty quickly. If you are coachable and follow directions, it'll be easy to find success there. You have the chance to win spiffs each week. No previous sales experience is necessary.

Cons

Alot of customers are unhappy with the service. If you are ever able to see the cancellation rate, it will make you question your purpose there. Cancellations won't really effect you as an opener, but once you become a closer, it hits you really hard.

Cons

Hiring process is a joke. HORRIBLE communication and try to low ball you on compensation.I was offered a more senior position in my interview and they tried to offer minimum wage after taking over a week past the initial deadline. I questioned the compensation and they rescued the offer. DON’T waste your time if you're a pro. RUN ……. FAR & FAST.

But the worst job in the world. Decent office . A little cliquey but most people are nice or leave you alone.

Cons

Products are hard to sell and use a horrible script that’s mandatory to follow .
