      Pros

      Company culture is second to none, team I worked with has been amazing, great benefits, time off, etc.

      Cons

      Tons of work, typically understaffed, will be given projects outside your experience level.

      Pros

      Great work life balance and different departments that you can do stretch assignments for. Allows you to network with a large amount of people.

      Cons

      You feel like a small fish in a big pond. Things are old fashioned and quite slow. The average age felt above 50 years old, which is fine, just different culture than you are used to.
