      Pros

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't a good person and helpful. Very relaxed on the F35 side and everyone seems to have fun. The extra training they are doing now is incredible and easy to do if you pay attention, listen, have a good attitude and understand it isn't a race. Good benefits. 4/10s so Friday/weekends off.

      Cons

      I can't believe its 2022 and they still have time clocks A lot of us vs them. Hourly union workers vs management. First shift vs second shift. First/second shift vs 3rd shift. etc. etc. etc.

      Pros

      Definitely not the worst place I've worked for. As an hourly employee, Pay is good, benefits are ok Union is a pro and con. Pre set annual pay raise ok. Working conditions are good for the most part, varies from department and management like anywhere else.

      Union No merit raises Poor management Disorganized Lack of standardization Benefits are sub par for hourly employees
