      Pros

      If you are a self starter and do not want to be micro managed, then this is the place to be. The culture of the firm is similar to that of a family. If you are a performer, management will be there for you if you have something going on bad in your personal life.

      Cons

      It can be an all consuming job; however, that seems to be the way of the business world these days. Not a Lockton specific complaint.

      Pros

      Believe they have good intentions. Lockton want's to be the best, and of course you want to work for a company that is the best.

      Cons

      There are a lot of chefs in the kitchen so to speak. Sometimes seems like there is confusion or complete disregard around processes. Have several people to answer too without clear line of direction. Will receive calls/emails at all hours of the night and early morning, no respect for family time, vacations don't exist unless you go somewhere with no cell and internet service!

      Pros

      Nice people overall and neat company events! They have beer in the fridge for fun Friday afternoons.

      Cons

      We live service for the clients...at the expense of the employees. If you aren't deemed one of the favorites, forget about it. Low pay for the amount of work required. Aside from that, the pay itself is low compared to industry standards. Forget about working from home, but be expected to answer your phone outside of working hours. Your department will make or break your experience.
