      Great company to work for right out of college.

      Growth depends on what department you are placed in. Each Team Lead has a different approach.

      Great positive atmosphere, helpful coworkers, great training program.

      Frankly, none right now. Maybe that's b/c I started not so long ago, but so far it is an excellent place to work

      Pros

      A strong company, you have great compensation options and decent benefits. (Plus, a potential for a Rolex.)

      Cons

      The workload can be a bit heavy and the producers rule the roost. If you are in a support position, and if you aren't a producer you are, there will be times when you work very late or on weekends in a scramble to cover their last minute projects. Depending on the division, it can be hard to move up.
