      I have had 3 bosses in 3 years - it is because the VP is so hard to work for. She constantly thinks she is the best and manages by fear

      Pros

      Wonderful coworkers, flexible people but determined to get the job done. Client and associate focused. Great coverage training and support while learning.

      Cons

      Would like to be able to work remote at times and the pay is low.

      Pros

      The salary is very competitive. Telecommuting is encouraged; thus promotes work-life balance. New employee onboarding process was organized and great.

      Cons

      There is no onboarding process once you are in your workstation. You either sink or swim. Manager telecommuted most of the days in a week; therefore, no leadership in the Unit. There was no teamwork or camaraderie. Everyone will talk about anyone. That includes Managers talking about their own people in negative ways. Very low employee morale. Sadly, some employees will bear the stress because of good pay.
