      Pros

      There are some really great people who work here. Benefits are good for today's standards and the internal benefits team who assist employees are top notch.

      Cons

      Beware the "work hard, play hard" and "we are family" work culture. Most people here work really hard and are excellent with clients, but that isn't necessarily reflected in their career paths. That is dictated by favoritism and stroking the many egos that encompass leadership here. Training is dependent on department, and mostly about finding the few left there are who willing to take the time to help others excel.
