      Lockton - the best place to work? I don't think so...at least in the LA office

      Pros

      Large company with a lot of people that provides a "REST AND RELAXATION" period for employees one day a month.

      Cons

      Horrible management in the LA office. Senior management places people with no people and management skills in positions of leadership. Proclaims a motto of "our most important asset is our people" - what a farce... Most unit managers in the LA office are so disengaged from their underlings.

      Feels like a fraternity! No real training! They make you do school reports every 3 months! Everyone knows each other not a easy place to get in They preach diversity but it’s not a lot
