Your success depends on your manager's management ability. Unfortunately, mine had none. They did not value the team as a unit. During Covid remote work we rarely interacted until the last 5 months, after being remote for 17 months. We only started having meetings once a week via Zoom, after not seeing each other for a year. It was ridiculous. The worst Manager, and I am confident that their lack of mgmt was known but overlooked. High stress and little caring by mgmt. Although they talk the talk, they don't walk the walk.

The training and management sucks!! If you are not part of the in crowd beware!! The management and VP will make your life a living hell
