      Pros

      Entrepreneurship is definitely appreciated, There is less red tape than most consulting firms, no hours tracking, and it is privately held.

      Cons

      There is a heavy-duty feeling of old boys network. Take in a few annual meetings and strategy retreats and you will swear you have pledged a fraternity. It’s not all bad, but I wouldn’t want my daughter to work there.

      1. Great employees and management. 2. 50 year-old company with solid growth and financially sound organization. 3. Highly professional firm within the insurance brokerage industry. 4. Diverse and inclusive culture amongst their employees. 5. Has a great college internship program for entry level candidates.

      Cons

      1. Could use more in depth on the job training for administrative, operations roles. 2. Should do away with switchboard telephone operator position. Seem inefficient. 3. Salaries are on the low-end range with the exception of producers and sales employees and benefits are just not excellent but descent.
