      Fine for an IT job. For a career in IT, start looking somewhere else.

      Pros

      Location and environment is very nice.

      Cons

      IT Management is stagnant and unaware of their own employees, and point fingers at associates about their own trickle-down failures. They are entrenched, uninspired and unhelpful. Be wary - the culture preaches one thing, but the reality isn't nearly as pleasant. Petty backstabbing, and passive-aggressive bullying. Below average salary. Plenty of nepotism. Very little direction/instruction.

      Pros

      Fast paced, sink or swim environment. Those who are A players do well and are rewarded financially and with growth opportunities. Forward thinking company that really is committed to providing exceptional client service. Culture is great.

      Cons

      Workload can be challenging. Competence is rewarded with additional client assignments. There are opportunities to improve technology to streamline efficiency. Each office sets its own processes so if you work with multiple offices, the approaches will vary.

      Good pay, family feel, flexible - just a great work environment

      Cons

      Only 1 remote day a week - if you like to have an "office" - only Sr Level and some Producers get office, the rest of the employees have workstations
