If you really want to be QA/Tester go for other company... They only use manual testing..not automation... No chance to grow in QA field in this company..as after some stage Automation testing knowledge is required.

- So much politics - Senior's behaviour worst - Your suggestions are not matter if you are not a senior or at good position like TL in this company. Company's attitude is like We don't want your advice, We are perfect!! - Increment is also part of politics, You need good relation with seniors. If you are good at this then it would be best company even after that knowledge and work liability doesn't matter. Just throw your work to any one else and keep harassing other, you will definitely get your good increment on time. - Time flexibility, you need to stretch out every day, If you will complete your work in time and leave on time than they will consider that you don't want to learn any thing. after all your efforts will not considered if you are not willing to learn stretch out every day - Overloaded Rules and regulation, Even they have rules to get tea in define time like you should get tea before 10 AM only after that it will affect your increment
