Pros

There are a lot of good people who work here.

Cons

Good leadership is lacking. Fairness and equity are not a priority to leadership. Their VP of People is very corporate and lacking in ethics. Loyalty is rewarded over actual performance. Things are designed so there is little to no accountability.
