Pros

- Good culture. Wonderful team, good WLB, and daily flexibility - Opportunities for travel - Can move between roles and projects/programs if desired, and with proper communication and planning - Good pay - Good diversity. Strong woman percentage relative to industry

Cons

- No 401k match. - Working through growing pains with rapidly increasing company size. - Management is learning how to handle new processes and project ownership/responsibilities. Some butting-heads. - Expectations, internal news, and company priorities not always apparent. - Not the most exciting day to day work.
