How many 9 time Gartner MQ leaders are there? LogRhythm offers an amazing opportunity to work at an industry leading, central to the SOC, growing company. Opportunities for personal growth are everywhere. I advanced my title, salary and responsibilities significantly from when I started and saw others do the same. The work is interesting and relevant to the challenges organizations face today. As many reviews point out, you won't find better people to work with on your immediate teams. C-Level leadership is open and transparent on the challenges facing the company and is accessible and accountable to the wider org. Some of the negative reviews here are from years ago. The catalyst for much of that feedback no longer remains and has been replaced with greater transparency, accountability and vision.

Cons

The culture and ties that bind felt stronger when LogRhythm was in the office. As most companies are doing, LogRhythm is finding ways to stay connected through remote work but it is not easy.

I was transitioning from a different sales role and this was my starting point to get into tech. I originally applied through Built In. Great onboarding Great managers A lot of tools right off the bat Good team camaraderie

Cons

Low starting salary. I did hit my commission goals while I was there so I believe I could have got the OTE but I didn't stay long enough to find out because a new role granted me a higher base which relieves stress.
