Pros

Great team of field reps to work, good opportunity to be successful and earn decent comp above salary. Good product, disruptive technology.

Cons

Not a ton of opportunity or roadmap for career advancement in place then, not sure where things stand today.

The work is cutting edge. There is a culture of doing things right. High efficiency - not a lot of wasted resources. Growing fast and a lot of positive energy

fast growth means rapid change. You need to be adaptive to best take advantage of the experience
