Pros

The most engaged executive staff I've encountered. High passion and energy with a good team feel. High transparency and data sharing inside the company. Lots of very smart people who work towards a common goal.

Cons

It's high paced and agile. That's not a con, just a warning. There isn't a place to hide. Be productive or don't apply.

Pros

Great product, great culture, the company continues to innovate in their market. Day I arrived they gave me top of the line Macbook pro and a bunch of swag. Company celebrates wins and the senior leadership team are very positive. Processes work well and things aren't too clunky. Sales Support are genuinely helpful, one email and they will sort things out for you. Good marketing, and plenty of new tech being delivered on a consistent basis.

Cons

None that I can think of - for a small vendor they still do things very well without the usual vendor BS.

Pros

By far the best start to a new company ever. Their professionalism was oozing in the entire process: interviews, offer process, welcome, on-boarding. It was a delight to arrive and immediately notice they were respectful of me as an individual and a human being, not just someone else they could take advantage of. Everyone has been more than kind, and their willingness to help my learning curve has been incomparable to anything I have ever experienced (and I have good experience). Additionally, it has been a pleasant surprise to see how strong the executive team functions, and it clearly permeates throughout the entire organization. Overall, incredible culture, people, products, and future potential. I am ecstatic to be here.

Cons

I'm still looking for Cons. I've had a chance to work for a handful of very well respected technology companies, large and small, and LogRhythm is clearly by far the best.
