Pros

The people that work at LogRhythm make it the best place to work! I enjoy coming to work everyday because everyone is passionate, driven, excited and it creates a real collaborative environment. You really can talk to every person in the company and not feel like you are bothering them or they don't care about what you say - that goes all the way up to the executive level. I am proud to call LogRhythm my home!

Pros

This is a family. Everyone is treated with respect and it is the first company I have worked for that actually embraces the work life balance. They accept all types of people and really know how to show their employees they are appreciated.

Cons

The only Con I can say is that they do not offer education assistance. I have always had that in bigger companies, so it is difficult to not have it now. Maybe as we get bigger it will be an option.
