Tons of perks, fun culture, competitive pay, great and meaningful product

Pros

Adjustable sit-or-stand desks for everyone, free yoga, free meditation class, free lunch on Fridays, workout room, ping pong, video games, chill rooms, open environment. Meaningful work with intelligent people. Promotions from within are a regular occurrence. Company really cares if the culture is good. Management is accessible and caring.

Getting bigger and process not that great.
