Pros

Making waves and growing fast. Sales team meets their numbers and new features often being released. Good work life balance. You get autonomy to do your work. Great people who truly care about the company succeeding and care about each other too. Free lunch twice a week is pretty nice too!

Cons

Communication across cross functional teams could be better but it's always improving.

Pros

Solid and seasoned CEO with previous startup success who is EXTREMELY passionate about the company and instilling success. The company is run very well and if you are an A player with entrepreneurial drive you can be very successful. Big market opportunity to carve out a profitable slice of revenue.

Cons

You are up against a few larger companies and faced with new technology trying to offer what you deliver for cheaper. It's very challenging to scale a data intensive service globally and stay one step ahead of competition.
