Pros

Some good, and intelligent people if you're lucky enough to cross paths with them. Decent pay.

Cons

There’s noticeable favoritism within leadership, particularly from the COO, which creates an uneven and uncomfortable culture for many employees. Much of the work feels inconsequential, as the firm struggles to retain clients and win new business in an increasingly competitive market. Hiring decisions often seem reactive — bringing on new talent without a sustainable pipeline, then downsizing when projects don’t materialize. The company’s brand presence in the consulting space is minimal, and efforts to break into California’s energy sector have not been successful. Overall, the lack of consistent leadership, stability, and meaningful work makes it difficult to recommend this firm as a long-term career move.

Pros

Good experience, learned lots working on a Microsoft project.

Cons

The company his reliant on Microsoft contracts. Every new Microsoft fiscal year, budgets were cut. This results in furloughs, with no regard for retaining talent. Constant fear of being furloughed, which is demoralizing. There is a good chance you get a year on a project, and then budgets get cut.
