      Thanks for sharing your thoughts on your experience at Logic! We mentioned this in response to another post, but if you have suggestions on how to improve transparency from the leadership team our HR Director would be happy to hear from you confidentially. We’ve been working on that pretty hard this year and have actually received a number of positive responses to our efforts. We’ll be putting a lot of emphasis on clarifying all our people-related programs during 2021 so hopefully your opportunities for promotion will be more visible soon. We do wish we could solve the lunch situation, but we’ll have to get through COVID first and then understand the new landscape. Please let the HR team know specifically what would help you be able to write a headline that says “The longer I stay the more I love it!” Thanks again for taking time to write a review.

      Pros

      This is a company that really cares! Every year ELT asks for feedback and then they actually use it to improve employee satisfaction. The leadership really cares and wants happy, productive employees. It isn't just lip service! Logic is a very fast moving, dynamic, exciting place to work. Lots of great events like: Mariners Game, picnic, semi formal holiday party, monthly happy hours. Good benefits: fully covered insurance, 401K, vacations, paid parking, etc. Nice, modern office in SODO. Most importantly, Logic has the best people that really care about what we do and why we do it. It is about employee and customer satisfaction!

      Cons

      The only complaint I have is my commute which isn't the company's fault!
