Pros

Logic20/20 has a great, supportive culture. There are a ton of opportunities to be involved socially, help grow the business, and your own professional skill set. The leadership is open to suggestions, and transparent about the state of the business. In addition, they have a great set of clients, with great projects.

Cons

Average benefits (but on par with other small/mid-sized firms) and the location can be hard for game days.

Pros

There's a huge culture of "we" - Everyone is there to help you no matter what your ask is. Great career path within the company and a great open door policy all the way up to the CEO

Cons

The location is a downside, since it's right across from Safeco field. So if there's a game, plan on working from home.

We place an emphasis on making sure that the employees are heard and work to respond to their suggestions. You’re definitely right about the benefits of interacting with the employees more --- we have a great team of experienced and thoughtful people working together and their ideas consistently improve the Company. Yes, it does pay to plan ahead when there are games, but we believe we have a great location --- close to transit, at the end of I-90, away from the congestion of downtown, and in a first-class office building.

Pros

Flexibility for vacations and to work remote.

Cons

pay is very low. Benefits are slightly below average. Employee;s are stacked ranked against each other. Seems like there is a system of talking about other employee's backs behind management. If you don't champion yourself here, you will not receive any recognition.

We always appreciate input on pay/benefits and review our levels against market regularly. Our data analysis affirms that we are competitive with the local market, but we are constantly working to improve in this area. Performance feedback to employees assists in their career development and we have a number of programs in place to provide management and peer recognition and feedback to our employees. Additionally, we do encourage everyone to develop a career plan and work with their career managers to ensure those goals are understood by management and opportunities are provided so that they can work toward those goals.
