Pros

They have a nice office close to the water. They provide a laptop to remote employees. The cafe has fruit.

Cons

They're whole intent is to infiltrate companies and find other work or extend the work they are doing. I was really surprised by this, it really felt dirty. Taking time off or having any flexibility is hard. Especially the flexibility thing. If you have a family, children, sports, stay away from this place. When you visit the office you're responsible for paying for parking.

Pros

Having joined Logic from Accenture I was keen to enjoy a much smaller environment but slightly concerned that smaller meant not as developed. It’s true the methodologies are not as developed as a much larger company but that is a good thing. The career path is tailored to a fast growth company with ambition that builds on its success. There is plenty to learn and plenty of great people with the minds to teach.

Cons

There are some hires that were made from slower moving environments. When they cannot keep the pace they slow the team down.

Pros

During my tenure working at Logic20/20, the company has created an environment which has provided me a solid platform to develop my consulting acumen. They have placed a focus on my career advancement, while allowing me to take ownership to shape over its direction. As a consultant, Logic20/20 does solid job of matching projects to our core capabilities so we can be successful with our clients, while also exposing us to new technologies. Many of my client projects have been with enterprise –level customers, which creates an exciting working experience knowing that you are helping to advance large initiatives. The firm manages an internal bench of consultant resources. In my experience, there are few firms who actively attempt to manage internal resources, while they are attempting to also staff new projects. Being assigned to internal initiatives has provided me opportunities to develop my own technical skills, which serve to increase my value on the next client project. I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with a wide range of people who come from different environments and various stages of their careers. The small business atmosphere of Logic20/20 keeps everyone involved with one another, even when we are spread out on assignments. I definitely do not feel like a nameless cog in a machine working here.

Cons

Being at a small company does cause the environment to be quite frantic from time to time, as resources can be staffed on multiple internal projects at once. It’s really not so much a downside, as it just requires you to have a great degree of flexibility, while being asked to manage multiple workstreams.
