-benefits -free meals once a week or so -snacks

Cons

-sales team is a mess -always adding more tasks to BDRs and punishing them if they cant complete them -bad management that only cares about numbers -lying about upward mobility

Great product and great culture. A company that is going places

Cons

BDR management is extremely poor. You're not allowed to take time off and you get questioned when you call in sick. You also get questioned for not working on company wide holidays if you are behind target, this is often being done in front of the entire team. Daily nagging and constant micromanaging. Management not keeping their words, very little chance to progress into an AE position (or any other position for that matter).
