We have continued to evolve our benefits as we scale as a company, to ensure that our offerings remain competitive and aligned with the evolving needs of our employees. We've added new benefits such as fertility, adoption, and surrogacy assistance to provide additional support to our diverse workforce. Our recently introduced Work Well Reimbursement program is another initiative designed to assist employees with wellness and home office expenses, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
