- Most of the projects are old and defect fixes - Too much politics and and upper managemt driven and biased nature towards employees - No work life balance - Few senior circumspect always ready to take the credit of your work - Poor hike and do buttering with your upper manager for good hike/promotion - Most of the managers are busy in getting their promotion - Poor HR management - Dont go for so many good reviews as they are mostly from freshers who are being asked to give reviews
