Great team and colleagues. Individual office. Flex time. Work life balance.
Cons
Outdated technology. Building and facilities must improve. Poor Performance Evaluation system. Made employee sign agreement to repay recruitment fees if he/she chooses to leave before a year of employment. Passive aggressive supervisor who beats around the bush. Not willing to embrace newer technologies and methodologies.

Some good people in there. Public company on paper. Execs like to share how they have millions in the bank but pay is below market. Raises, 401K, and bonus are a joke. Millions in the bank means that your meagre wages will be paid on time.
Cons
- Outdated technology, old-school mentality, obsolete company - Poor upper and middle management. Just look at the turnover in marketing - HR is rude, absent and completely USELESS - Little to no diversity - Makes employees sign agreement to repay recruitment fees if they choose to leave before a year of employment.

Rewarding work in an environment with many leading-edge technologies such as AI and Cloud Devlopment. Many opportunities for career development as continuous learning is strongly supported and encouraged and promotions happen mostly from within the organization. The organizational culture is very inclusive, starting at the highest levels of the company with mutual respect and appreciation for diversity built-in. Great work-life balance and flexibility. Modern, newly renovated workspace. Bi-annual voluntary employee participation in community programs on company time.
Cons
Resources are insufficient in some areas of the business, making some tasks difficult to be completed effectively.

• Logility having a small development and testing team in Bengaluru, India • Small team with great values • Good Salary, Hike and Bonus every year • Better work environment and work life balance • Opportunity to work with various DBs: MS SQL server, Oracle • Can learn ETL and Data Warehousing concepts • Open minded CEO, VP and Directors; one can have heart-to-heart discussion during one on one meeting
Cons
• Predominantly using MS SQL server, if you are Oracle developer you may miss using PL/SQL advanced techniques • In house ETL tool not in the market • No new technologies to learn
