Pros

A very good flowing working environment. The supervisors and the HOD's are really helpful and understanding.

Cons

it's almost every time target based and when you don't hit the target ( that almost depends on the luck ) you are sent home early or even next day's shift is canceled, but overall if you are hitting the target you wont have any problem here.
