Pros
Open office, so if you're claustrophobic its not bad. They are willing to train you and work with you if you have never done the job before, and are understanding if you have issues.
Cons
Some of the people higher up are underqualified. Unfortunately, responsibilities are assigned based on who applies first and not necessarily who would be better suited to the position. This is market research so if you're not the type who can do that kind of job, keep away.
