Great people. A really nice group of people to work with, close knit group. A 'we're all in this together' culture.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Very disorganized, making it up as they go along. Total sweat shop - their idea of good customer service is having their people available until all hours. Throwing people under the bus when things go wrong. Not a place for someone trying to grow their career and professional skill set. Not a place for junior people, all you'll learn here are bad habits. Lack of best practices.

Location if you are living in Mississauga or Westend of Toronto

Cons

Sweat shop Poor management Absolutely inhumane to employees (will give you writeups even if you had genuine commuting issues e.g. Subway was late) Bad vibes Huge turnover rate, every week new joiners Rude people Abruptly ends shifts and cuts hours hence you make next to nothing
