Pros

The people I got to work with in Montreal were great. The environment was pleasant. The staff was welcoming. The schedule was very flexible. It's a good place to gain experience and just that.

Cons

However cannot say the same about the managers in Toronto. You don't feel that the company values you and your work. You feel like a replaceable item. No benefits.

Open office, so if you're claustrophobic its not bad. They are willing to train you and work with you if you have never done the job before, and are understanding if you have issues.

Cons

Some of the people higher up are underqualified. Unfortunately, responsibilities are assigned based on who applies first and not necessarily who would be better suited to the position. This is market research so if you're not the type who can do that kind of job, keep away.
