-Flexible shifts -Able to manage a work/life balance -Friendly staff

Cons

-Antiquated computers/telephones/software/hardware -Dirty and dusty work environment (carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years/writing on the cubicle walls/ dust on top of the computers) -Shifts are unreliable; sometimes they're long and other times they are very short -Sometimes pay is inaccurate on your cheques and you have to wait until the next pay period to get what you are owed

Sweat shop Poor management Absolutely inhumane to employees (will give you writeups even if you had genuine commuting issues e.g. Subway was late) Bad vibes Huge turnover rate, every week new joiners Rude people Abruptly ends shifts and cuts hours hence you make next to nothing
