Logi seems lost strategically and is burning and churning it's employees with constant reorganizations that seem more political than strategic. Logi used to be an innovator, but now struggles to keep up to date even with its core technology. Management takes employee feedback, but rarely takes action to benefit employees. There is very little chance for career growth or even salary growth. Exceptional at making what should be fun, painful. To be successful you must be a yes-person.

In some functional teams, career progression is difficult due to bottleneck structure. Compensation and benefits are competitive but not comparable to big tech companies.
