I worked at Logitech until 2009. The company had a fantastic company culture - a blend of European and American values - that placed emphasis on the individual, but promoted a community atmosphere. The company had many bright and creative people who developed amazing products!

Cons

Logitech, at that time, struggled with the ability to merge technologies and products across its many business units. Its mouse/keyboard, audio, camera, streaming music product groups worked independently - they didn't leverage each other's technologies or business plans.
