Pros

The products that continue to come out of Logitech, especially supporting smart devices and iPads, are really top-notch. And whereas the company has gotten smaller over the years (downsizing), the innovation stays at the forefront of who they are.

Cons

As companies downsize it becomes increasingly hard to invest in product categories. Logitech plays in many product categories and that means fewer dollars to spread around. Maybe it's time to shed some product lines and place your bets on the few that will see you into the future.

Pros

The product development process is great at getting alignment. The company constantly comes out with cool products -- products you are proud to show off at home to your friends, and a brand you are proud to represent.

Cons

Innovation tempered by requirement of business case to sell volume in short term. Good ideas sometimes lost because resources and time to make it successful are not committed.

This is a company that does not value REAL good work. People cruised for years, doing minimal work, acting as 'postmen' without really adding value to the work, deadlines are missed without explanation, little sense of urgency, little transparency...Lousy management, global, region, and local!
