Pros

Freedom in work environment. Good colleague. Brand value and sales channel are still strong. Cross site various cultures. Travel sometimes interesting.

Cons

Too many lousy processes. PC industry downturn impact a lot. Looking for change direction, but no obvious vision yet. Bad working atomosphere due to layoff rumor.

Great products but company is mired in politics

Pros

Logitech has some of the most exciting computer peripheral products. The degree to which product quality is validated is worthy of mentioning. Company feels like a mini United Nations in many ways and has a very unique model of internal and outsourced production.

Cons

This is a classic case of finding own worst enemy in themselves. The internal politics and regional (Europe vs US vs Asia) clashes took down what could have been a great company. Very unfortunate.
