Lots of freedom, plenty of spare time, work life balance is decent, colleagues are nice. bring your own phone and flexible desktop support.

Cons

Lack of focus from the management, total lack of vision on future of computing industries in general, and price points way out of sync with the market.

Great health benefits and lots of flexibility for a good work/life balance.

Cons

Logitech is not sure what they want to be now that momentum has shifted to mobile and tablet use more so than PC. The bread and butter that was mice and keyboards is evaporating and Logitech cast a broad net over many opportunities, but spread itself too thin to really invest in growth areas. New CEO is attempting to turn the behemoth of a company (which is not appropriate for it's actual size) around. Lots of red tape, lots and lots of beaurocracy and no accountability. All in all, Logitech is VERY old school.
