Pros

Flexible working hours, and WFH 1 day a week no questions asked. Heavily subsidized lunch, free travel or free parking space. Very friendly bunch of people from all over the world. English is the only essential language needed. Good socials with inspirational talks, hackathons, a wide range of training opportunities, travel to the US and Asia. Simply stunning scenery with the lake and mountains very close.

Cons

Can feel like you miss out a bit if you don't speak French (although a good incentive to learn!) The office is on an innovation park but means you are not really near the city centre so can be a bit dead after work. You have to make an effort to get to know people (not great for introverts)

Pros

Great salary and bonus including health insurance allowance, friendly environment and company life, great working place, amazing products. CEO Braken is an open person, many excellent professionals.

Cons

Like many big companies, sometimes difficult to bring changes, because of internal politics and lack of modern work culture of people working at Logitech for long.
