      Pros

      Benefits are great. Pay is good. Some of the products are interesting. Good employee discount. There are some fun things like a large Halloween celebration every year.

      Cons

      Management is horrible! Logitech is stuck in the past with their development practices. Shallow talent pool because the work environment is not friendly. Management likes to lead via fear and intimidation. Stressful work environment with too much formal process.
